Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you complete authority over your email mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a brand new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your mailbox accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mails on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply select the email account you wish to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
